About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Leeds-based team. You'll lead analytics projects for multinational clients, mentor junior analysts and interns, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver insight across the business. You'll be client-facing, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, and deeply proficient in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics project delivery for enterprise clients
  • Mentor junior analysts and data analyst interns
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks and data models
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to business development through proposals and case studies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience
  • Strong SQL and Python proficiency (pandas, NumPy)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred

About the role

We're seeking a skilled BI Developer to design and build enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions for our clients. You'll work primarily in Power BI and/or Tableau, integrate complex data sources, and run training workshops to drive adoption among client teams across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build interactive client dashboards in Power BI and Tableau
  • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and cloud warehouse sources
  • Write optimised DAX measures and calculated columns
  • Run client training workshops on BI tool adoption
  • Document data models, sources, and report logic clearly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Power BI or Tableau development experience
  • Strong DAX proficiency (Power BI) or Calculated Fields (Tableau)
  • Experience connecting to SQL databases and cloud data warehouses
  • Good understanding of data modelling principles
  • Microsoft PL-300 certification desirable but not essential

About the role

Our highest-paid and most senior individual contributor role. You'll design, build, and deploy production ML systems for enterprise clients — covering the full MLOps lifecycle from model training through to monitoring and retraining. Strong Python skills and cloud ML platform experience are essential. You'll also present model findings to non-technical client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy predictive ML models in production
  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines (monitoring, retraining, versioning)
  • Conduct feature engineering and model evaluation rigorously
  • Present model outputs and methodology to non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal R&D and methodology development

Requirements

  • Strong Python proficiency: scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • MLOps tooling experience (MLflow, Weights & Biases, etc.)
  • Solid statistics and probability foundations
  • Masters or PhD in a quantitative discipline preferred

You'll manage the day-to-day running of the Voxilytics Internship Programme — coordinating cohort logistics, liaising with universities, assigning mentors, and tracking placement outcomes. This is a purpose-led role for someone who cares deeply about opening doors for the next generation of data talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intern cohort logistics from application through to completion
  • Liaise with partner universities and career services teams
  • Coordinate mentor assignments and weekly check-ins
  • Track and report on placement outcomes and inclusion metrics
  • Continuously improve the programme structure and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Background in talent, HR, education, or university careers services
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for diversity, inclusion, and early careers
  • Experience working with students or graduates preferred
  • No technical data background required
