Yes — for well-defined, scoped projects we always provide a fixed-price proposal before any work begins. You'll never receive a surprise invoice from us. Every proposal clearly itemises what is included, what the deliverables are, and exactly what you will pay — with no ambiguity.
Monthly retainers give you a bank of analytics hours each month. Unused hours don't roll over, but we're flexible if a particular month needs more or less resource — we'll always discuss this with you in advance rather than billing you silently. Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment and are billed monthly in advance.
Both. Our Starter tier is specifically designed for smaller organisations who are beginning their analytics journey. We believe every business deserves access to quality data insight — not just the big ones.
